It doesn't take much effort to do the "I can't stop" choreography. Not that it's very easy, but it's not difficult either. However, it depends on each individual, a trained ballet dancer will have performed much more difficult choreography which was faster and had more beats, so the "I cannot stop myself" choreography isn't that difficult.
