It doesn't take much effort to do the "I can't stop" choreography. Not that it's very easy, but it's not difficult either. However, it depends on each individual, a trained ballet dancer will have performed much more difficult choreography which was faster and had more beats, so the "I cannot stop myself" choreography isn't that difficult.

So far, this dance hasn't challenged Dream as much as you'd like, but they have pulled off some of the hardest technical moves successfully. It seems to speak to how easy it was to learn the dance quickly.

A relatively easy dance to pick up. "Rumor" is a song recorded by "Gukpeuui Hot Issue" for the Mnet survival show Produce 48. The choreography for the song was done by Choi Young Joon of freemind.
